We strongly recommend the asymmetrical ABS legs for mounting. They allow the dish to sit on an angle, meaning that no water will pool up over the dish. This removes the loss of connectivity encountered with other mounts. 
 
The optional strong magnets (55 kgs hold each x 4) make for easy and reliable mounting onto a vehicle roof. Maintaining the flexibility of moving it from one place to another. They are rubber coated, providing protection for the surface mounted onto.
